The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner under criminal conspiracy executed the sale letter and got transferred the ownership of tractor in the name of co-accused Chandrabhushan Pandey in place of the complainant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3834 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner was only a witness to the sale and purchase of the tractor. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 2758 of 2008, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
