JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioners being relative of the informant came to the informant and asked for a loan of rupees two lacs when the informant gave loan of rupees one lac fifty thousand on the promise to return the same within six months and in lieu thereof a hand note was prepared but the loan amount was not returned.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to the payment of money and the

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.320 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
