2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents authority to consider and appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Ward No.11 in Gram Panchayat Narha, Block- Bathnaha, Sitamarhi.

3. Learned Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has directly moved before this Court. As such, the petitioner may be directed to file his representation under relevant Guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika before the Original

Patna High Court CWJC No.18839 of 2018(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 Authority in this matter.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to file his representation before the Original Authority within 30 days from today, if cause of action shall survive.

5. The Original Authority shall decide the case of the petitioner within 90 days upon filing the said representation and the said 90 days shall be counted from the date of completion of appearance of all concerned.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
