Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 354(B), 380, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The complaint case is filed after lapse of ten days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure2, it appears that first case was lodged against the petitioner no.2 and thereafter, for save her husband, Vijay Ram filed this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4301 of 2020(3) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 complaint case by the complainant. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 324 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
