Petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that three persons on the point of pistol snatched jewellary of the informant. The petitioner was apprehended on the spot.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner was apprehended on spot, but no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
