JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2021 offences under Sections 376, 506, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main allegation of rape is on co-accused Jitendra Kumar. The petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, and there is only allegation that she asked the prosecutrix to bring her mobile phone. Except that, there is no allegation against the present petitioner.

No.3587 of 2022(2) dt.05-08-2022 2/2 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additonal Sessions Judge, 6th cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) guddu/- U T
