JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.11.2014. Admittedly, petitioner was working as Post Master at the relevant time and the only allegation against him is that he also entered into conspiracy along with other co-accused in committing the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S.Case No. 57 of 2014.
