JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, one co-accused Aashif Reza confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner and after that petitioner has been remanded in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been remanded not only in the present case but some other cases also as the aforesaid co-accused Aashif Reza had disclosed about the involvement of the petitioner in some other cases also. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused Saddam has already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
