JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.1120 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 400, 401, 402 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner and one co-accused person. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for four months and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1655 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 case, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
