16-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier thrice, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected by this Court. On the last occasion, vide order dated 01.07.2021, a report with regard to present stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'X'. From perusal of the same, it appears that out of 17 (seventeen) prosecution witnesses, six witness have already been examined and rest 11 witnesses including I.O. and doctor are to be examined, for which, summon has already been issued. Considering the nature of allegation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner again stands rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2018, the
