One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the aforesaid recovery was made by body guard of an M.L.A.

No doubt, the aforesaid body guard is a police official but considering the above facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
