JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khiri More P. S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 302 and 120B of IPC.
As per prosecution case, 20 persons surrounded the informant and his brother and brutally assaulted his brother, who succumbed death later on.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though is named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is in custody since 18.07.2019 and other accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 81701 of 2019 along with Criminal Misc. No. 72560 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Shri Manish Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Khiri More P. S. Case No. 31 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that he has to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.
