The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation one Naresh Sahani @ Ram Naresh Sahani was arrested and on the basis of his confessional statement looted bike was recovered from the house of one Gajendra Jha @ Basukar Jha. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade. Naresh Sahani @ Ram Naresh Sahani has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40333 of 2014.
