JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 It is apparent from the pleadings on record that there is some dispute of title in respect of the land in question, which is said to have acquired by the State of Bihar, against which the petitioner is seeking compensation.

There cannot be any dispute that whether the petitioner is entitled for compensation and if so the amount of compensation will largely depend upon the outcome of the partition suit, which is pending between the parties in the Court below since 2003.

This application is disposed of with the only observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the grievance after disposal of the suit.
