Taking into consideration that the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Bitamin Yadav, who has already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadan in connection with Kawakok P.S.Case No.

55 of 2010, subject to condition that he shall attend the trial court on each and every date, in person for the period of nine months or till conclusion of his trial which ever is earlier and, if, he fails to do so, on two consecutive dates without any reasonable explanation the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
