JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi ( Sarai) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Subsequently his name has transpired during investigation but police exonerated him and final form was submitted in his favour.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of

No.14259 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,Siwan in Pachrukhi ( Sarai) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
