Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No.1178-C of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 406, 323, 120-B, 504/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Complainant is mother of the petitioner.
It is alleged by the Complainant that the petitioner has sold the land belonging to the Complainant, which was purchased by her earned income.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that partition has already taken place. It is matter of land dispute between the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5115 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 parties.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.1178-C of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
