2. The present writ petition has been preferred for: issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents and in particular Respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Sitamarhi; to restore possession of the land in favour of petitioner, as Respondents 2nd set have illegally encroached the land appertaining to the lands, details of which are as follows:

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner candidly accept that all the documents that are part of the writ petition is of the year 2018 and in that background, the development that took place thereafter has to be ascertained and accordingly, the petitioner will be taking appropriate steps for approaching the appropriate authority. He submits that the writ petition be disposed of with the direction that if he approaches the authorities, the same be considered.

It goes without saying that if any objection/representation is preferred, the authority concerned shall look into the matter and do the needful.
