1. This application has been filed for modification in the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73577 of 2022 seeking extension of time to surrender before the learned trial court.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel that due to pregnancy, petitioner could not surrender within the time in terms of order dated 04.05.2023 and also prayed that further four weeks' time be granted to surrender before learned trial court.

3. In view of aforesaid submissions, time to surrender before learned trial court is extended by four

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22035 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 weeks from today.

4. Hence, the modification application stands allowed, to the aforesaid extent.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73577 of 2022.
