ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under sections 420, 483, 486 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 and 63/64 of the Copy Right Act, 1957.

Considering the nature of recovery from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
