2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) Issuance of an order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to provide

Patna High Court CWJC No.19741 of 2018(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 employment to the petitioner no.2 on account of acquisition of the land of the petitioner no.1 for the purpose of construction of new railway braud gauge from Hasanpur Road to Sakri Juction, by the respondent authorities.

(ii) Issuance of an order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to provide employment to one person of the family member in pursuance of their own circular issued by the Ministry of Railway as contained in circular no. 3 (NG) 11/89 RC2/38 dated 10.11.1989. (iii) Any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. On 22.08.2025, before the Co-ordinate Bench, there was no appearance.

4. It seems the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
