One detonator is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Pramod Kumar Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 6.9.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in U.A.P.case no. 97/2015 arising out of Jhajha P.S.
