Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to demonstrate from the order-sheets enclosed with the writ application that the informant had filed any protest petition and the same was not considered. If there was no protest petition and the informant did not take any step to proceed with the protest, this Court finds no reason to take an adverse view of the matter.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also realized his mistake in challenging the order dated 29.11.2021 which is in fact the summoning order against the accused and he had no
