2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 324(4), 354B, 76, 304, 329(3)m 352 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 assaulted Rajan Kumar with iron rod, as a result of which, he sustained injuries. Petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have inflicted iron rod blow on Pankaj Kumar, who suffered fractured injuries in his hand.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5714 of 2025(5) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. The injuries suffered by the informant, are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
