JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karamehat P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code . As per the prosecution case, the stolen tayers were recovered from the Garage of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Except suspicion, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
