The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 395 I.P.C. was also added.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 218/2012 and the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt, on the basis of which, the petitioner was remanded in this case. Except the confessional statement of the petitioner, the police did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner and submitted chargesheet even without putting the petitioner on T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7425 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in S. Tr. No. 69 of 2014, arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 211/2012, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
