JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 517 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 376 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the date of birth of the petitioner is 04.01.2002 and at the time of occurrence, he was minor.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission and age of the petitioner, this application is disposed
