2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024 instituted under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. There is recovery of 480 litres of country made liquor. The petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle from which the recovery has been made.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which recovery has been made, in the opinion of the Court it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4792 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
