Six bags containing 250 turtles were recovered from a boggy of the train and petitioner was arrested from the said boggy. He is in jail custody since long and investigation has already been completed against him.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Bakhtiyarpur G.R.P.S. Case no. 79/2014 subject to condition that one of the sureties must be close relative of the petitioner who shall swear an affidavit before the concerned court disclosing this fact as to how he is related with the petitioner.
