After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.46 of 2022(2) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 liberty to file a petition for clarification of the impugned order dated 18.11.2021 passed in Title Partition Suit No. 147/2019. Permission is granted.
