The petitioner seeks regular bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report is against unknown. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured during the course of investigation that too only on the basis of suspicion. It appears that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence and on the basis of suspicion the name of the petitioner figured in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3490 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014, G.R. No. 1974 of 2014.
