The petitioners are in custody in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.Case No.542 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the petitioners, there was recovery of country made pistol, rifle and other arms and ammunitions. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have remained in custody for more than six months, chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.Case No.542 of 2019/G.R.Case No.2189 of 2019.
