Petitioner is named in the first information report but informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused Kuku Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38333 of 2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8138 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case No.6 of 2013.
