JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 The Collector Madhepura is directed to get inquired into the claim of the petitioner that respondent no. 8 who has been selected for the PDS license in Gram Panchayat Hathionda, Chandi Tola is a permanent resident of Ward No. 4 of the Gram Panchayat. It is submitted that in Ward No. 4 there is already a dealer namely, Neelam Devi.

Let such an inquiry be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.1470 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 order, and based on the said inquiry report, a copy of which may be made to the petitioner, the Collector Madhepura shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and shall dispose of his representation/objection as contained in Annexure-5 of the present writ application.

Needless to say that before passing any final order all stake holders shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of four months.

This Writ Application stands disposed of.
