2. As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, he is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 (A) of this writ application.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners stands on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1018 of 2022(5) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 similar footing of the case of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No.1149 of 2022, which was disposed of vide judgment dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court and this writ application may be disposed of in same terms.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents State has no objection to the aforesaid submission.
5. In that view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file a representation before the respondent no.4 along with a copy of this order and the judgment dated 28.03.2024 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.4 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, if necessary, within eight weeks thereafter. Thereafter, respondent no.5 would be obliged to pay the admitted dues to the petitioners after passing of the order by respondent no.4.
6. It goes without saying that non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period would entail serious consequences.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
