The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379,411, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Nezam Ansari. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.10.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2974 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018.
