2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 25.08.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5530 of 2023 has

Patna High Court MJC No.162 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 been complied, but the same has not been complied in positive sense, rather, the Arbitrator has complied the said order in negative sense.

3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the order has been complied and against the said order, liberty is available to the petitioners to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

4. In light of the submissions made, it transpires to this Court that the order has been complied.

5. As such, the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C. application is hereby dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioners to challenge the order before the appropriate forum. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
