The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 366(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner in the F.I.R. It is submitted that the police after investigation submitted the final form finding the case false against the petitioner. The daughter of the informant was found in the house of Pintu Paswan. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of trial in the statement of a witness and the petitioner was summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
