Petitioners are accused in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 326(A) and 326(B)/34 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is that petitioners entered in the house of the courtyard of the informant, Buchni Devi, where petitioner no. 2 Shashi Devi, having acid bottle, threw acid at her and when her daughter Jiwachi Devi, who rushed there to save her, who also sustained burn injury.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in fact, the informant and petitioners are gotia and on the date of occurrence due to hot exchange, daughter
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9165 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 of the informant also threw acid upon the petitioners, for which Pipra P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 has been instituted by the petitioner no.1 against the informant and her daughter. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 26.11.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
