Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she solemnized her marriage with co-accused Bablu Yadav by her own sweet-will. No doubt, victim appears to be minor but she has, nowhere, stated about involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Bhagalpur in Sessions trial no. 642/2015 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case no. 167/2015.
