The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3.200 kg of Ganja has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2021. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is an intermediate quantity and, therefore, he deserve to be released
