The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Saiyad Saddab Anwar, who was arrested in connection with Brahmpura P.S.case No. 263 of 2014 and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of his associates including the petitioner and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody 12.10.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P.
