Taking into consideration that earlier petitioner was granted privilege of bail but subsequently, he misused privilege of bail resulting cancellation of his bail bonds and for the aforesaid act, he has already been punished by remaining in custody since 10.11.2014 , let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in CII 11/2009 (A) subject to the conditions that one of the sureties must close relative of the petitioner and holder of the landed property. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
