JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 06.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is in custody since 16.01.2016. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2012.
