Petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 170, 171, 342, 323, 365, 386, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others while traveling in a car stopped the truck of the informant and snatched Rs.1100/- and demanded Rs. 25,000/- and also assaulted the informant as a result of which informant sustained injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant's truck dashed the vehicle of the petitioner and for not making payment of damages in collusion with the police the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no

Considering the fact that co-accused of this case has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 832 of 2015, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.
