The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16/17/18/20/23/28 of the U.A.P. Act.

According to FIR, a group of 40-50 Naxals fired against the police party. One Naxal was arrested and in his disclosure statement named of sixty persons came including that of petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2019. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2834 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No.83 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
