It appears from the injury report that the injuries were, in fact, present on both the persons and nature of injuries has been reserved by the doctor. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 18.08.2018 in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 190/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and that he is willing to co-operate in the investigation and also in the trial which shall ensue and the petitioner has already been in custody for more than six months,
