2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been settled and now, the petitioner is ready to keep the informant, as his wife. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.05.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
