The petitioner seeks regular bail in Khajouli P.S. Case No. 107 of 2011 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Mahesh Yadav, but the petitioner was not put on T.I.P. The petitioner is in jail since 04.11.2014. Co-accused Mahesh Yadav and Raj Kumar Mandal have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3176/2013 and Cr. Misc. No. 2367/2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
