JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioner was caught with snatched gold chain on spot and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected but admittedly, petitioner is in jail custody since 20.5.2015 and charge against the petitioner was framed on 12.5.2016 and the case is still pending for recording the prosecution evidence. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9764 of 2016 (3) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No.212 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be close relative of the petitioner who shall sworn affidavit to this effect how he is related with the petitioner.
